Project Specialist

tt group, within its Visual Design division, specialized in the design and implementation of advanced Audio/Video technological infrastructures (for control centers, meeting rooms, and AV environments with complex requirements), is seeking a Project Specialist.

Location:
Rome (operational office in Morena – with a planned relocation to the Tor Cervara area in Rome in early 2027). Availability for travel within the region, across Italy, and occasionally internationally, depending on project needs.

Work arrangement:
On-site – full time (9:00–18:00 with a one-hour lunch break)

Previous experience:
2–3 years

Contract:
Permanent contract, full time

Salary (RAL):
€28,000 – €35,000

• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude in interacting with clients and team members;
• Willingness to manage projects on-site at client locations, including travel across Italy (and occasionally internationally);
• Autonomy in management, precision, and a results-oriented mindset;
• Ability to interact with large clients and their complex project management systems;
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (CEFR);
• Proficiency in Italian at C1 level or higher (CEFR);

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in Economics and Management or equivalent qualifications;
• Specific Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum);
• Basic knowledge of electronics and networking;
• Experience in managing phases of complex projects in the field of audio-video and multimedia design and integration;
• Knowledge of audio-video systems, LED walls, and related technologies;
• Specific audio-video certifications (e.g., AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I);
• Higher level of English proficiency;
• Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin).
