Description
The TurbiGuard AD 40 is an in-line turbidity sensor designed for reliable turbidity measurement and monitoring in beverage and process applications. It is ideally suited for beer, fruit juices and other beverages, as well as for controlling centrifuges, separators and whirlpools, monitoring filter performance and breakthrough, determining solids concentration, and managing yeast propagation and dosing. By providing continuous turbidity information in real time, it supports precise process control and consistent product quality.
With seamless integration into existing process lines, the TurbiGuard AD 40 offers real-time monitoring with very short response times and a high measuring range with linearised factory calibration in EBC or NTU. Permanent device self-monitoring in the background and a modern colour display with integrated operation ensure user-friendly handling and reliable process feedback. The seal-less, hygienic design according to EHEDG and compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 for food-contact materials result in extremely low maintenance requirements, high reliability, low total cost of ownership (TCO) and fast return on investment (ROI).
Swiss Engineered / Swiss Made, the TurbiGuard AD 40 is an excellent choice for the beverage, food and dairy industry, as well as for chemical and pharmaceutical applications.
