The goal of tt group srl is to allow students to integrate their academic studies by engaging with corporate practice in a real business environment. The company does not offer paths based on passive observation, but rather integration into concrete operational projects, aimed at understanding daily work dynamics and acquiring practical skills. 

Candidate profile

tt group srl evaluates applications on an ongoing basis, without deadlines, from students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, or postgraduate programs in the following disciplines: 

• Administration
• Economics and Marketing 
• Mechanical Engineering 
• Computer Engineering 

Internship structure

For each hosted intern, tt group prepares a specific training project that defines the objectives, timeframes, and corporate areas of intervention.

During the period in the company (with a maximum duration of 12 months), the student is supported by a company tutor. This figure represents the daily point of reference for organizational and training aspects, working in synergy with the tutor appointed by the University.

Requirements and expected commitments 

During the period in the company, the intern is required to: 

• Consistently carry out the activities defined in the training project; 
• Comply with the current regulations regarding hygiene, health, and safety in the workplace; 
• Maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding the data, production processes, and corporate information they will come into contact with.
