In the awareness that commitment towards workers is an essential element for the development of the organization, TT GROUP S.r.l. has decided to establish and implement a management system in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 document to define its own strategic guidelines, objectives and actions for the reduction of gender asymmetries, and for the inclusive growth of diversities connected to age, culture, physical abilities, sexual orientations, and the multicultural dimension.
TT GROUP S.r.l. focuses its commitments so that its Gender Equality Management System meets the requirements specified in the UNI/PdR 125:2022 document, and is inspired by the pursuit of the following objectives, also outlined by the European Commission in the gender equality strategy:

- reduction of the gap in terms of remuneration, wages and pensions, also to combat female poverty;
- promotion of equality between men and women in the decision-making process;
- combating gender-based violence and protection and support for victims;
- promotion of gender equality and women’s rights.
This policy therefore establishes and pursues the principles relating to gender equality, the enhancement of diversity, and women’s empowerment.
Furthermore, policies and recruitment plans are implemented to promote and enhance diversity in the broad sense, which brings value and new momentum to all sectors and areas of the company.
For the above reasons, the Management:
- supports activities and events aimed at promoting gender equality and inclusion;
- promotes active policies for gender equality and inclusion through posts and publications on its website and social media channels;
- prohibits any harassment or discriminatory treatment of employees due to their sex, in accordance with its Code of Conduct for equal opportunities, the enhancement of well-being, and against discrimination for the protection of the person’s psychosocial health.
Any employee may provide suggestions aimed at promoting active policies for gender equality and inclusion.
Also in professional growth, a balance between genders is pursued, ensuring equal access to positions of responsibility and/or with managerial content, also with the aim of bridging any existing gender representation gaps within organizational units among resources with equal skills, qualifications and abilities.
Responsible, fair and transparent remuneration mechanisms increase and protect over time reputation, credibility and consensus, prerequisites for sustainable business development aimed at the creation and protection of value for all stakeholders.
The company has set up a monitoring system for its indicators (KPIs), to ensure that gender equality is managed in an appropriate manner.
